We got 3 onion rings with a bunch of old cold fries, when it was supposed to be a side of onion rings. And it was done to both orders of onion rings. The chicken nuggets are hard and dark like they are old or over cooked.

I usually don't complain about my food, but I don't even think the employees tried this time. The Whopper was missing the yomatoes, ketchup, and pickles. it was only lettuce, mayo, the patty, and of course the bun. there was very few lettuce, and the patty was somewhat dry. Definetly NOT worth the $14. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though, maybe they were just really busy at 10PM. This is only my first bad experience with BK, but maybe next time will be better.

In all the orders I've placed with Burger King breakfasts, BK has only gotten the SIZE of my Iced Vanilla Coffee ONLY ONCE (and I've ordered it many times!! I ordered an XL Vanilla Iced Coffee every time and they charged me for the XL, but they delivered a MEDIUM size Vanilla Iced Coffee. I cannot blame the Door Dasher, because they just pick up what BK gives them! So my huge issue is with BK, who needs to train their morning crew on cup sizes. I have sent in the complaint to Door Dash any they have given me partial credits on my account (which I don't yet know how to apply) for the previous orders, and I'm asking Door Dash for another partial credit from the XL size to the Mediums size. I have pictures and I'll send them. I sent two pictures because I no longer have the Extra Large empty cup.

This store is WILDLY inconsistent. Everything is room temperature. Which is amazing considering the DoorDasher had to wait for the order. Ordered a hamburger with ketchup and mustard. Received a plain cheeseburger. The large fries were a large order because they were served in a large box otherwise it was a small order. The only thing that was correct was the watermelon lemonades. The cost from Burger King isn't worth it. Won't be ordering again.
