Hardly any spicy sauce on the chicken sandwich but it still tastes good

This place constantly messes up my order. Tonight I received a chicken sandwich with no chicken and a whooper with no cheese,no ketchup, no mayo (which I asked for) and tons of onions (which I said I didn't want). Considering their prices are similar to the Chili's next door, you would think they'd offer much better service.

Hash browns were cooked to where they shatter when bitten. Sandwiches were cold. French toast was alright, but they only sent one maple syrup for two orders.

I was sent the wrong burger. I ordered a cheeseburger and they sent a rodeo burger instead. The cheesy tots were overdone and stuck to. I sent a picture.
