1 order of chocolate chip cookies equals 2 cookies for $1.50. 2 orders of chocolate chip cookies should equal total of 4 cookies for $3.00. instead I made 2 orders and only go 2 cookies for $3.00. This happens every time!

took forever!! to make 2 Royal Crispy Chicken sandwiches... had my driver waiting over 10 minutes, then the sandwiches looked terribleHave-sies™ only had 5 fries... was not happy

Wilted, brown lettuce on the original chicken sandwich. None of the sauces we requested were in the bag. No napkins, of course. I'm surprised they even included a straw for the drink I ordered. The chicken nuggets also weren't crispy in the slightest. The food didn't take long to arrive, so it wasn't because of a delayed delivery or anything. They weren't fried long enough or something.

There's always at least one item missing from our order when we order BK. It isn't the danger Dasher's fault, because the bags are sealed. The employees just don't take the time to make sure everything that was ordered is actually provided.

Usually there aren't any issues with this store. This time the top bun of the Whopper Jr. Meal was so soggy it was like it had been sitting in water and the bottom bun was hard as a rock.
