Wow... the sandwich was very good but the Tres Leche was PHENOMENAL. Paired with the Café Con Leche Large, it was the perfect rich almost tart but not bitter coffee with the equally rich but sweet dessert. The pairing was exquisite. My family is Costa Rican rather than cuban but our flavors overlap frequently and this was very authentic Cuban food. 100/10!

THE BEST Rice and beans I've ever had! And as a vegan, I've had a lot of rice and beans! SO flavorful and delicious! Also, I love that there were so many vegan options! I loved theLa Playa Sandwich, and look to trying something else next time! btw my Cuban husband who never approves of anything also loved the rWhite Rice & Black Beans 8 Oz. and his Pollo Chimichurri Platillo. BUT the kicker...was the Guava Pastry . Super flaky outside and warm sweet filling like it was just baked! SO GOOD. and filling! I saved the 2nd half of my Sandwich to have for later!

the steak saltado was delicious. lots of mean and vegetables. very flavorful. very fresh. i enjoyed it thoroughly. i'll be back for more!

There were onlya few beans spooned over rice in the same container. Meat tasted refrigerated/leftover.

I come for the Cafecito and stay for the arroz con frijoles. The plantains are also super satisfying.
