I ordered the seafood mac and cheese. Good portion for the price! They definitely do not skimp on the seafood! I had seafood in every bite, and never felt like I had to work to make that happen or save some for the end.
However
This is not really a mac and cheese. The sauce does not have any real cheese flavor and it is very runny. No velvety smooth, creamy mouth feel. The primary taste is pepper, so it comes across more like a cacio e pepe in terms of taste and texture. I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing! I enjoyed it quite a bit, and I'll be ordering this dish again, for certain! It just wasn't what I was expecting.
Another sour note, though, was that the pasta was entirely overcooked. You couldn't even feel the noodles, and if you tried to spear them with your fork, rather than spooning them, they just disintegrated into mush. No bite of al dente at all. This was a wholly negative aspect of the dish. Thankfully the taste and the abundance of delicious seafood with pepper made up for the poorly abused noodles.

Everything I get from this place is always amazing!!! Some of my favorites are the beef birria tacos, especially with the gumbo dip, the gumbo, and the chicken cajun pasta. You truly cant go wrong here!

This was the BEST food I EVER ordered off door dash! It came FRESH, super hot!! Everything was seasoned to perfection. & the meat in the tacos were soooo tender!! Only thing, the Gumbo Birria Tacos that gumbo wasn't the gumbo I'm used to. It was just juice & chicken.. so more like a chicken soup! But it had much flavor!! & it took alm a hour & a half to get my food! But it was worth it, I promise!! I'll def be ordering again!

The gumbo is off the chain delicious. Overflowing with shrimp! Cajun chicken pasta was excellent as well.
