We have been ordering from you guys for a while now and things have been so good so far. Tonight our dinner was absolutely horrible. I don't see how your manager can let food go out like that it's not good. Very poor supervision as your food goes out obviously! My chicken sandwich was so soggy and wet unacceptable! Our flatbeds we were so cheated out of everything. Nothing but sauce and cheese very little dried up chicken and the Italian sandwich was absolutely horrible with three pieces of salami a couple of olives and two pepperoni. Come on now you guys this is absolutely ridiculous what we got. Nice try you guys I hope everybody sees this out there because it's really bad. Bad management!! Not even one star for you guys. Get it together will never order again or be back. Very upset!! I paid $75 to get this horrible food delivered to me by doordash. The driver was excellent! The food was horrifically terrible! Get it together and make things right like you're supposed to.

I the cucumbers in the Green Goddess Chicken Salad* were very bitter. I requested a replacement on the dressing that was ignored. Also, there were 3 small pieces of bread. We weren't sure if this was supposed to go with the New England Clam Chowder*or the pesto hummus. Definitely not the quality and taste of West Coast Sourdough. Very disappointed.
