I didnt expect this meal to be a literal taco bowl! I was expecting just a chicken avocado salad. I'm pleasantly surprised. The taco bowl itself is light and perfectly crisp. The ingredients were fresh and the portion of meat is hefty. Well seasoned and cooked well without being dry. I'd absolutely order this again but with queso to drizzle on top next time.

Cancun's is pretty reliably good food. We've been before and it's been consistent time and again.
This time we ordered the calamari which was well cooked with nice sized chunks and a nice savory sauce. My husband had the loco burrito which was stuffed full of flavor. We split a fajita quesadilla which was cheesy and savory, the steak was grilled perfectly and it was a nice balance of onions and peppers. I always have the chicken enchiladas and they never disappoint. There are no small portions and you're always satisfied.

honestly the spices are over bearing the rice tasted like it was reheated from the fridges. I'd recommend the owners try El Rancho or main Street in saugerties and get a better idea of what it should taste like if you want consistency.

Sometimes it can be hit or miss, but that is part of the fun! Such generous portions. I encourage people to explore the menu. My favorite is the colorado burrito, sometimes it's amazing sometimes not. The sauce can be so herbal yummy. The flautas are mid, don't know why so many people order them Enchiladas are also super yummy. And the beans <3
