A favorite on Pennsylvania Avenue.
On Pennsylvania Avenue, the Capital Lounge & Restaurant is located in the heart of Baltimore's historic Black arts and entertainment district. Capital has transition…
My fish is crispy and seasoned to perfection! My sides are good too however I don't know if they were running out or I'm just used to certain people packing my order b/c this time I felt skimped on my sides. I even paid for an additional side and they didn't even fill the container. :( I'm a big back I need all of mine lol! Overall I would order again and again I love capital lounge <3

Food is absolutely delicious. The fish is seasoned perfectly. The yams are sweet and go perfect with the flavorful mac and cheese. If I could say thank you to the cook I would lol you wont regret ordering from here. Easily 5 stars.

OMG, this sandwich was soooo good. I got a fish sandwich from somewhere else the other day and it taste super “fishy” 🤮. This fish sandwich was massive, fresh, well seasoned and topped with all the fixins i love 🥰. And the strawberry lemonade is always on point! Yummy, I will definitely order again 😋
