OMG! I've found my new favorite sandwich place! I ordered the Classic Italian and it was amazing. My family got the Classic Cheesesteak and I tasted it, and it was awesome! They loved it! This was a great find. I will definitely get this again. Thank you Capriotti's!

This place used to be good, I don't know what happened. Soup tasted sour and the "cup" was only half full. Sandwich was too salty to eat and was carelessly put together. Total bummer.

The Capastrami was delicious. Wanted a Primanti style sandwich and this was close to my understanding. Added Fries on the side and added them to the sandwich. Which gave it a nice crunch. Their battered Fries were fried perfectly.
Only gripe is the price for the medium, with the amount of pastrami, could've used a tad more, but I wasn't going to pay $5 for that option making it a $25 sub! None the less, it was tasty sandwich, store was clean, and solid customer service; just not an everyday sandwich for those on a weekly lunch budget.

They permit special requests on DoorDash app, then ignore them.
The bread was bland, too chewy and soggy and they failed to toast it.
I paid for extra meat and asked for it to be capicolo but they made it all cheap, bland ham.
I selected Miss Vickie's BBQ chips, they sent Lay's, not nearly as good, without first asking if they should nix the chips, if they were out of Vickie's.
