Best pizza place in Woodbury by far. Their chicago deep dish and calzones are outstanding. It does take a little bit extra time for them to prepare your food but it's totally worth it! One of Woodbury's finest.

Extremely thin crust (have ate carbones many times) that clearly did not rise and they burnt the cheese after I asked for a normally cooked pizza. Pizza fries had no flavor and were paper thin as well.
Carbones has gotten very inconsistent over the last few years and I don't think we will be ordering again anytime soon.

Build Your Own Pizza
Disappointed in the pizza not having cheese on some slices at all. Barely any mushrooms that came at a 3.00 add on, just really sad that this pizza did not live up to the hype or the photos they advertise. One of the reasons I hate ordering delivery, people just make it crappy.
Cheese Curd Basket were good and a great proportion. Same curds as Dairy Queen , but you get more for your buck at this carbones .
Carbones Style Calzone doesn't have many mushrooms so far found a sliver of one. :(

14in Italian Pizza Fries also lacking in cheese. Everything was cold.

Finally! A restaurant that gives you an ample amount of curds for the $. So good! And, of course the calzones and pizza were amazing.

No flavor....no spice....Cabones used to have flavorful marinara and italian meats....for 25 dollars a pie I want the Best.
