This is the best Chef Salad in the northwest metro. The VALUE and QUALITY are unmatched. Both spinach and yummy green lettuce used, BIG slice of Texas garlic toast, fresh cheese and thick slices of ham and turkey. I crave this daily.

Limoncello Mascarpone Cake was fantastic but we were pretty disappointed with both pasta dishes. The Spaghetti With Meat Sauce was too sweet and the 4-Cheese Penne was bland and not worth $17. The cheese bread was pretty good.

I get a large pepperoni and green olive pizza every Friday lunch. It's always cooked to perfection, smells and tastes amazing. That's a lot of pizza. So I took about a 3 week break. This Friday I decided to treat myself with my favorite pizza and the cheese didn't look right, it didn't even cover the whole pizza or most of the sauce at the edge. It almost looked like a reheated par baked pizza or something. It was a major bummer. I'll order again just to see if it's a one off or if this Carbone's store is done.

Carbones just doesn’t disappoint! Their meatballs, sauce and spaghetti just hit the right tangy-sweet note!!! Their cheesy ravioli with meat sauce is satisfying. The side salads are huge and fresh. Thank you!

Kid's Mini Pizza arrived cold, though I paid for express delivery. I paid for the addition of pepperoni, I believe it was under the cheese, though upon first glance it appears there was only 2 pieces of pepperoni. Taste overall was fine, portion size was fine for a child's size, but I believe this was sitting for a while before the driver picked it up, not under a heat lamp. Chocolate Mousse Cake was overall good, very indulgent though and is best to share or save half or more. Overall, I would not get these two items again.
