I really appreciated that they substituted a gluten free item for the gluten free item I ordered when they were out. It was very thoughtful :)

The Iced Pumpkin Latte I got was delicious! The Grilled Cheese on Sourdough on the other hand was extremely disappointing. Cold and soggy (which, I understand it's bound to be slightly soggy when getting a grilled cheese delivered), but one side of the sandwich wasn't even grilled/toasted.
