Carolina's Italian Restaurant is serving up some of the best pizza in Garden Grove, CA. Pastas are made with homemade sauces and garlic bread, and craft beer is on tap.
The Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp was AMAZING ! They even gave a good amount of shrimp, most places give you a total of 6 :( but this place I forgot to count. Too busy enjoying the taste and also was able to share this meal with my husband. The jar of juice a new thing we tried! We loved it too! We will be ordering again soon! :)

The besssttttt!!!!! Huge portions!! Love there Penne Pesto Pasta it's so good very authentic so much flavor definitely not from a freezer lol :)) made fresh and the Mason Jar Refresher is amazing fresh fruit purée icy cold very tasty and it comes in a mason jar that u keep :) I usually get there fruit sangria which also is one the best sangrias I've ever had ! Love this place

Extremely saucy Fettuccine Alfredo like it looked pasta drowning in sauce- had to dig deep to get noodles without them slipping back into the sauce. Sauce was alright but a bit more garlicky than I prefer. Chicken was cooked well.
Garlic Knots had a great crust to them, a little bit dry but the sauce helped a little. Overall a 6.8/10

Always huge portions, good quality food, love their creamy marinara, meat sauce, and pesto. Anytime I want pasta, this is where I order from. One order lasts me at least 3 meals. Their utensils also come in a neat folded napkin that is made of something thicker than paper, I'm not exactly sure what it is, but that detail is nice.

family specials are awesome! loads of food!! leftovers for days! I got the #3 with 2 pastas and the little loaf of bread and butter were awesome!! the salad is huge too with a nice fat cup of ranch!! I sprang for the 2 desserts for $8 & the awwww w]]] tiramasu is a giant square size and the cheesecake was a perfect sliver of goodness with a big cup of strawberries and glaze to put on top.
