Solid soul food fish and okra. Thick and light batter on the fish and okra. Exactly what I was expecting and left overs just as good this morning. Reminded me of johnson's downtown fried fish. High praise.

Absolutely loved my food. The price is right for the portion size. Even the tartar sauce was good. The hush puppies are the exact way they are supposed to be, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Seasoned fries are not soggy which made me so happy! Now star of the show, the fish...delicious! Not overly battered, perfectly crispy, and plenty of flavor. Will I order this place again....YES!

All food seemed store bought and not fresh, especially the shrimp. The catfish seemed almost water logged and mushy, not what I expected from catfish.
Okra and coleslaw were average.
This is the second time I ordered from here and I doubt I'll try them again.

The catfish is excellent, flavorful and well-seasoned and the tartar sauce is unique, served alongside delicious french fries.

This was truly not worth the price and I won't be ordering again.
First off, I ordered the three piece catfish and shrimp meal which comes with fries. I was only allowed to choose one condiment (they don't sell condiments separately according to the DD menu), but I figured they would be customer-focused enough and add the ketchup and cocktail sauce that should accompany this type of meal selection: wrong! To add insult to injury, the tartar sauce tasted like there was blue cheese in it and the catfish was so overcooked the crust was difficult to chew.
I also ordered the okra and that was cooked okay but lacked any flavor-kick like a citrus/lemon zest.
So disappointed.
