I absolutely love the Greens & Grains bowl from Cava, and it’s always my go-to! I always get the chicken with super greens, saffron rice, and all my favorite toppings—corn, tomato, onion, Persian cucumbers, feta etc. The portion size was fantastic filled to the brim! The food is always delicious, and this time was no exception. The classic lemonade was so refreshing, and of course, the pita crisps never disappoint they’re a must with every bowl. My only small issue (and it’s a tiny one a first time thing) is that I asked for the pita crisps inside the bowl, but they weren’t added, and I also didn’t get my free pita. Still love CAVA tho!

Ordered at 8:30 on a Monday. The grilled chicken was likely flash cooked after a rush and were not cooked all the way through. Side of Skhug dressing was 1/4 filled, although the remaining sauces filled to the top of ramekin. Honey chicken was fine. We love Cava but we will be hesitant to order for delivery past 7:00.

My first time trying Cava and it was amazing! Highly recommend building your own Greens + Grains Bowl and pairing with the Blueberry Lavender drink - so good! It was nice to order out and not feel greasy after. Quick and satisfying!

As you know Cava is a hit or a miss depending on the location. The salmon was a little bit small and overcooked and dry but everything else was soo good! I got extra chicken and it was sizeable portion. Flavours were great, portions were big enough that I didn't have to order dinner after this. They didn't include the free pita though which I was really looking forward too.

Our very favorite healthy option delivery meal. My kids and I each design our dream Grains Bowl. We all like very different toppings and I do vegetarian. For my teens, this is a good sized dinner/lunch. For me, it's 1.5 meals. I will save a falafel or 2 and a little of my grains bowl and make a salad for lunch the next day. Seems good value for delicious, healthy meals.
Not adding photos because we each prefer such different items and don't think the others look appealing. I suggest you look through the topping options and their website to design your own favorite meal. I love the falafels! 😋
