Chicken and rice bowl added roasted tomato hummus & did the half portion chicken and falafel! Muah! Delicious!

I really wish my bag would be stapled close for food and delivery safety. I also didn't receive a good portion of food definitely not $23 worth vs when you order in person. I really like Cava but I hate how my food is package and thrown in the bag. Normally when I order food through door dash the bag is stapled to prevent food tampering.

Paid $20+ for the Greens + Grains Bowl and the bowl was barely half full with roughly 7 bites of steak. Love Cava in Columbus but this location is very skimpy. Not a good first experience.

Cava is one of my favorite fast casual chains but this location is by far the worst I've tried across five states. I ordered two Grains Bowl with the same ingredients to test how inconsistent their assembly is and result was worst than I was expecting. One bowl was missing crazy feta, the other bowl had 3 pita strips while the other had a ton, different servings of other ingridents and practically no standardization.

I was sort of nervous to try this because of all the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. Maybe my experience was better because it's a Sunday and it wasn't as busy, but I was happy with the portions, nothing was missing from my order, and it was delicious and flavorful. I felt like the ingredients were very fresh. My pita was still warm and it was a bit of a drive. Food arrived very quickly. Overall, I'd definitely order again but would be cognizant of when I'm ordering and that "prime time" could affect things.
