Hands down my absolute favorite entree at Cha Cha's! This dish is consistently impressive and the Braised Short Rib Capas are always mouthwateringly satisfying! I've ordered this in-restaurant and also had it delivered from Door Dash, and it hits with the same level of flavorful intensity every time. It's a large portion, enough to share or have leftovers. I highly recommend ordering this if you are craving short rib meat. I'm not a person who eats red meat regularly, but when I crave it, this is what I order.

Food was good, tacos very generous. Asked for all rice no beans but got beans in both dinners anyway.
Biggest complaint was the chicken enchilada had pieces of bone in it. Pretty large size bones.

The crab and shrimp enchiladas is my favorite entree. However at $31.00 it is just too expensive. Especially when there is far more small shrimp than bits of crab meat.

The Carne Asada was good but the Shrimp Ceviche and Ahi Aguachile was not worth the price. Both weren't fresh and it a very small portion, it also doesn't come with chips.

Ahi Aguachile was flavorless. Not enough salt, acid, or spice. 3 Tacos were small and sloppily constructed.
