The Brown Sugar Pearl Crema Milk Tea [COLD] was amazing. Love their milk tea and the added salt cream cold foam.Wanted to try something different was hopeful for their desserts. Sadly, their Taro Mousse Cake was quite disappointing.. came out to almost $8 for a tiny silver of dry cake that seemed to be sitting in the case for at least a day. There was no mouse in the cake or on top. The advertised picture shown was quite deceitful. wish i could post a picture here but it doesnt allow me to. super sad about the cake as i've had taro mouse cake before from just the grocery store and it was better than this :((

The Chatime Pearl Milk Tea is great!! One complaint, if you order a regular instead of large there are to many tapioca pearls and you won't get as much tea as I would've liked.

Plastic on drink was sealed wrong very sloppy top eventually came off drink spilled when I poke the straw in ...
Very chalky drink ... not usually how they make it but didn't taste as good

Original Swiss roll tasted like the milk was sour inside, tasted rotten or expired. Had to throw it out. Not fresh at all!
