• 2/4/23The Big Buford® and my Half-Pound* Chicken Bites Combo box was good. They were out of the Funnel Cake Fries but had the Dasher call me and offered 2 solutions to replace them we ended up with a brookie instead.

• 9/3/25I think I'm done ordering from here. something is always missing, or directions weren't followed. I added bacon.. that looks decent. but I only see like 3 little pieces of lettuce, and just a tiny bit of mayo.. where's the ketchup and mustard????
it's never corrected, either. last time they forgot two whole milkshakes. and was never compensated. sad, because I love rally's food

• 23/6/24I ordered a hot dog without ketchup! They put nasty, disgusting ketchup on my hot dog. The brisket fries came cold. The cheese had started to thicken. The onions on the cold fries made my whole meal disgusting!

• 19/3/26Fries are solid and stale. Hard as rocks. They don't bend or crunch they snap and disintegrate. Food has probably been sitting out for hours and I was the lucky winner of it :/

Definitely wouldn't DoorDash this ever again... but I would go and have it made fresh because I do enjoy it. Just whoever is working tonight sucks butt.
