• 30/4/25The bun is old and hard, and they didn't heat it up. I feel like they just took a bun from an old bag and made the burger. I only wanted to try it here because Jack in the Box is closed. It was a total disappointment, and I won't be back.

• 8/11/22the spicy chicken sandwich came w some red sauce on the lettuce and the bread was literally burnt. the top is black
