The neptunes delight was a risky pick for me! But they're legit - like a low-carb seafood dish with subtle flavors. 
Good portions on everything. The sesame noodles also had a very subtle thing going on. 
A bit unfamiliar && excellent!

We have ordered at least 2x a month for the last 5 + years. Last night didnt receive all our items.  Then I noticed the Dynasty Lo Mein (Soft) noodles were thinner than usual, only contained a few shrimp and nothing else, the potstickers and egg rolls were smaller and once again we didnt get fortune cookies. Definitely a "shrinkflation" situation. It was incredibly disappointing. I will order one more time to see if this was a fluke, but considering orders have been inconsistent and rarely include fortune cookies any more, we will have to move on to a new place.

We tried the Szechuan sesame prawns which were amazing.  Just the right amount of spice. This order happened to arrive a bit cold and the fried shrimp appetizer was overcooked and dry. That has never happened previously. I'd like drivers to invest in something to keep things warm when it's cold outside.

the egg rolls were burnt and the mushu was improperly packaged and leaked all over the bag and the items within. 

This is not the type of service normally provided to me by Chen's Dynasty.

Crab Puffs (8)were good, nothing special, but price for portion size is above average. Hot & Sour Soup was just right, and great size for price, except the chicken in it tasted old and was dry, they could just leave that out there's so much good stuff there, veggies, tofu and egg were enough. Neptune's Delight was disappointing for price the sauce was watery, the scallops and octopus were over cooked and gummy but the shrimp was delicious. Shanghai Harbor Spring Rolls (Meatless-3) are yummy and crisp.
