The chicken strips were a complete disappointment. They were tough, gristly, and the breading was doughy. I ended up throwing my meal away. This will be my last time ordering their food.
The waffle fries were hard and over salted.
The meal was a waste of money.

I’m requesting a full refund for this salad. The lettuce is brown, wilted, slimy-looking, and clearly not fresh. This is unacceptable, and the food does not look appetizing or safe to eat. I paid for fresh food, and this is not the quality I expected. Please issue me a full refund for this item. I’ve attached pictures showing the condition of the salad. Thank you.

hash brown scramble bowl was so skimpy it barely covered bottom of bowl and was $6.49. ordered two ranch only got one. salad only had two cherry tomatoes.. cookies were good. dasher was very good and fast and communicated with us.
