Not like it used to be! Chicken fillet was very thin and hard. Just not as good as it used to be. Biscuits were hard on the bottom.

The chicken minis were very dry, the nuggets were hard like they have been sitting all night. The hasbrowns as well. I would order again but would prefer better quality

I’ve been getting increasingly disappointed with my Chick-fil-A orders. Every time I order chicken nuggets, they come with fewer pieces than expected. For example, one time I ordered a 12-count and only received 11. Today, I ordered an 8-count and got just 7. This keeps happening.
I also ordered a large fries, but the portion I received looked more like a medium. On top of that, I requested three Chick-fil-A sauces and only got one.
Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the consistency and accuracy of my orders.

Large fries were only half full, so I payed for two large but only got as much as maybe two small fries. Not the first time this has happened ☹
