Normally I am very satisfied with Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal . NOT this time. I was very DISAPPOINTED in the Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal . The chicken was overcooked and the waffle fries were burnt on the edges. NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER TODAY.

I hate to complain and especially to one of my favorite restaurants however, last night's dinner was the worst that I have ever received from anywhere and for the amount of money that we spent is very disappointing to receive the quality that it .
All three fries various sizes were cold and soggy the new sandwich the jalapeño burger latch flavor. The cheese was on the container and on the wrap not actually on the sandwich. The Nuggets were dry. I had to use the pork to get them apart and our order was missing the brownies. I provide hospice care so this feels very disappointing that the residence had such a poor quality meal after me spending over $75.

the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich is pretty good, a little expensive for 9$, you probably want to order extra pickled jalapeno to balance the sweet and spicy. the fries need some work. why always with the floppy noodle quality fries, let's get some crispy fries for everyone to enjoy 😁

Food was still steaming when it arrived to my front door. It was great, I had so much food I couldn't finish. I feel like it was made with love. I would order during lunch again. Avoid during the morning the food is lukewarm or cold & thrown together.

Food as always very good. Prompt efficient service and delivery. Only one minus....Root beer dispenser must need more syrup. The Root Beer was not really cold and was very watery with hardly any Root Beer taste. Only mentioning because everything else at Chick-fil-A is always so good they should pay attention to the quality of their dispensed soft drinks.
