Chick fil A is usually great. This time the chicken sandwich and the fries were quite stale! This is a first, but I guess it happens.

Chicken was like rubber and it had to be tossed, very disappointing based on cost of a single sandwich.

They placed the fries on the bottom of the bag and 3 pounds of sauces on top of the fries smooshing everything

Sent me sausage egg and cheese instead of the chicken egg and cheese that I ordered. Wrapper had the CEC sticker on it, so the mistake happens before wrapping.

My bag was open, and my cup wasn't covered. I'm used to them being one of the few places that protect customers’ food bus. As of late, it's been noticeably inconsistent.
