• 15/5/26Not the quality I'm used to when I order from Chick-fil-A. both biscuitswere cold and tasted old. Chicken was dry and so dark brown and over cooked. Could not eat.

• 7/6/25I typically love deliveries from Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal. Unfortunately, today's order was all overcooked - sandwhich and fries. Sauces were forgotten as well. Left me with a very "meh" review. Ended up pitching half.

• 2/7/25The fries and the chicken strips tasted like cardboard. These were obviously cooked hours ago. One of the chicken pieces didn't even have meat. It was gross.
