The fries were soggy, and the chicken nuggets were hard, and my chicken sandwich was hard as well like it was overcooked and the mac & cheese looked awful. I work at a Chick-fil-A and I used to work at Chick-fil-A so getting service like this is blowing my mind.

Chicken Noodle Soup was yummy. Mac & Cheese had just the correct portion of melting gooey cheese.Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were a little cold, but still full of flavor, but theGallon Beverages is awaiting in my fridge for later!!

The last handful of orders I have placed from this specific chic fila all have shown up with multiple missing items, no sauces, no drink, etc. The receipt on the bag lists everything that should be there in my order yet they consistently are missing large parts of my order. I have had to ask dashers to get the staff to verify what's in the bags and yet they still arrive missing things.
