• 10/5/23The location by Springfield mall usually has really stringy chicken breasts in their sandwiches. Also they usually underfill their fries incomparison to the Kingstowne location.

• 26/2/24I ordered a large fry and it seemed like almost half of the fries were missing, now i dont know if this is the restaurant or the driver but i dont like that because it had the same amount of a medium fry would. But the rest of the Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal was great

• 31/12/25The lettuce is always wilted and bad, small portion, and chicken overcooked. I will NOT be ordering from this specific store again.

• 17/9/25Normally I love ordering here but the chicken tenders were barely cooked. For the fries, half of them were soggy and the other half were hard. The milkshake was a terrible consistency.
