My drink was filled up halfway. and the soda was flat. i requested no pickles on my sandwich and they put EXTRA pickles. i did not get the sauces i paid for either.

I ordered a 12 count nugget yet got 4 chicken minis. The other day I ordered an 8 ct nugget but I got 7 nuggets in my box. Repetitive issues with orders. I love chickfila but this location is clearly struggling.

Everything was fine except I received the wrong salad. I called the store and let them know, and an employee drove to my house with the correct Cobb Salad and a couple of free cookies, using their own vehicle and their own gas. Phenomenally good service at this Chic-fil-a!

They went above and beyond with my order! It was still hot when I got it and everything I asked for was in there!!!!!! You can't go wrong with Chick Fila or as I like to call it with the kiddos ( The Lord's Chicken)
