Soup was awful!! Specifically ordered it because I have been sick all day. All of 2 pickles on the sandwich. Very greasy!!!

Cobb Salad was great as always as was the Chick-fil-A® Diet Lemonade. Cookies are a definite go to as well.

this chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing and the freshness was amazing. to add on to that the portion was amazing and i would order this again.

This store messed up my order that I placed on door dash due to being a nurse at the hospital and the kitchen having been closed by the time I finally had the chance to eat. I ordered the southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing. It arrived with three strips of fried chicken on it and no dressing. When I called to try and have the issue resolved. The girl on the phone was rude with a bad attitude. She told me that I had to come to the store to fix it. I explained to her I couldn't do that which is why I ordered door dash in the first place. She had no interest in helping me to resolve the problem and instead told me it was door dashes problem. I paid $28.73 for food I couldn't eat and now have to order food from somewhere else wasting more money when Chick-fli-A of Douglas could have helped to resolve this issue or at the very least offered me a refund. I do NOT recommend Chick-fli-A of Douglas.
