I ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns as sides for our breakfasts and they were not cooked - in fact they were cold and hard inside like they were still somewhat frozen. I love CFA, but it has gone down hill in food quality over the past year.

I was very disappointed when I got my milkshake. I paid over six dollars for a milkshake that was placed in a small cup. The milkshake came in a size small cup and I thought it came in a medium sided cup. I had to doordash so I couldnt return it.

The quality of the meat has gone down. Each time I have it is worse than the last time. Today it was chewy and had a different taste than normal. I think this might be the last time I eat the chicken from here.

I love chick fil a so much but I'm disappointed for the first time with them because I ordered a Cookies & Cream Milkshake and they put it in a size small and I paid over 6 dollars for it. Usually they would give it to me in a medium cup. I had to doordash so I couldn't return it.

Really disappointed with the waffle Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® and Peppermint Chip Milkshake. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil and the shake was filled 2/3 way.
