Ordered my ribeye rare. It was medium well. It was the smallest 12oz I've ever seen & had absolutely no flavor. The white mac& cheese looked like it had been scraped from the bottom of yesterday's pan. The butter garlic mushrooms were very bland....no butter or garlic even in the container. The worst $70 ever spent at Chili's. I will never order from this Chili's again.

I strongly suggest trying this starter! It's one of my go-to favorites that I keep ordering, particularly the Nashville hot mozzarella. It was packed perfectly, preventing the sauce from the mozzarella from spilling onto the other dishes. Tasty appetizer!

The Chicken Crispers were tough, dry, and lacked their typical juicy taste. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella was also dry and not as flavorful as usual. I think they may have been sitting out for too long, possibly leftovers from the lunch rush, which was very disappointing. However, the southwest eggrolls were delicious!

The Bacon Rancher Burger* was full of grease like they didn't drain it off the meat. The bun was so wet that I couldn't pick up the burger without it falling to pieces. I won't be ordering this item again.
