China Fusion is easily one of Fort Myers’ sharpest gems, elevating Chinese-American classics with serious technique.
The Sweet and Sour Pork avoids the soggy-batter trap completely. Every bite features tender pork inside a crisp shell, tossed in a balanced sauce bright with tangy vinegar.

First impression- it does Not look like the pictures. They show the rectangle bowl which for me is work the 11. Almost 12 dollars. The shomein noodles that's all they are... no taste, daughter had to put garlic to give flavor.. you don't see no additional before or nothing but the shrimp. The friend side rice onions still not cook all the way..
the pictures on the website aren't at all alike.
The egg rolls in page shows 3 ... and it's only one.
All deceit, last time I buy from them.. not worth $50 ..

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in Fort Myers. The shrimp roll was delicious. I ate it so fast. I didn't get to take a picture of it and you see the picture of the combination plate, so I definitely will order from them again.

The food was enjoyable. The order was prepared and delivered very quickly. The hot mustard (costs extra) was actually very hot and spicy, which was great. The issue with my order: How to find these things . . . without any forks, spoons, napkins; nothing. If that is something that has to be specified on DOORDASH, always, then I give China Fusion 5 stars. My order was delivered to a hotel. I was in a rush and had to use a credit card as a spoon.

This used to be our go-to Chinese takeout, but sadly the last 3 orders have not been good. An example would be the orange or sesame chicken has more fried breaded pieces without chicken than actual bites of chicken.
