I had gotten a Burrito Bowl, decided that I wanted one at like 9, and after about 15-20 minutes I finally ordered it. My order came at 9:45 ish and my dasher dropped it off and took a picture. While they were there, I asked them if they could get utensils and they said "yes" and "no problem", which makes their service a 5 star service to me because of the kindness and respect they showed. The Burrito Bowl itself was extremely delicious, filling, and wasn't too cold or hot which I'm grateful for!

my burrito bowl had huge chunks of onion and only 5 pieces of lettuce despite it being a veggie bowl. the guacamole was brown had been sitting for a while. the burrito was wrapped incorrectly and fell apart.

There was hardly any meat in the burrito bowl and the small amount that was present was at one end of the bowl with everything else on top of it. The black beans were piled in the other end of the bowl instead of placed through out the entire bowl. It was like eating a salad with beans, sour cream, guacamole and maybe 2-3 bites of carnitas. That's a pretty expensive salad. This is the second time I've had issues with the burrito bowl when delivered. I will not order for delivery again. I'm not sure if it would be better when ordered in person.

I always order a salad because of the generous proportions of lettuce mix, rice, beans and meat (steak or chicken for me). Plop the extra good stuff on top-whether that be cheese, sour cream, salsa or all of them--and I'm satisfied for the next several hours. Same goes for my husband's burrito bowl. No salads for him! LOL

The guacamole was past its freshness- totally brown. The bowls were so skimpy, half of the portion you get in the store.
