Ordered a burrito bowl and rice was not done. Barbarossa was a large piece of fat, very little meat. I don't like to give bad reviews but this is the second time I have ordered and it was not good!

Sadly, tastes very blah. I used to love chipotle-not this location though. They didn't seal the bag for the DoorDash driver. It was just folded over. No sticker, no staple, nothing. I normally don't do reviews, but this is disappointing

Burrito Bowl was missing cheese, sour cream, salsa and lettuce selected, also did not have the vegetables. I had to throw it away because the rice texture was off. Disappointing experience. The bowl was a mound of hard rice with sofritas on top.

Always 5/5 stars! This was a pickup order. The staff is super quick and always friendly. The chicken Burrito Bowl is my favorite, with a side of Chips & Queso Blanco .

Burrito Bowl I wish the veggies and lettuce was chopped one more time. It would be easier to eat, cleaner and more enjoyable. I will order again and would love to see this change or as an added option. It would be the same size as the meat. As a wise man once told me "It's just common sense!"
