Chips are wicked salty.
Burrito bowl had skant chicken for the money; like one chicken tender diced up tiny... LOTS of rice.

chipotle did not follow my directions for ordering whatsoever. I asked for sour cream , cilantro lime which cost extra and lettuce. I did not receive any of these items on my bowl and was charged for them. they gave me half a scoop of rice. poor value.

The rice was extremely dry as well as the chicken. Usually this store is pretty good but today's bowls were just not up to standards especially for what they charge.

I paid for doble portion , one of checking and also steak , alsmot 25 $ for it plus the time to get it to my room and the tips to get what it looks like a one portion between both. This is not acceptable.

Opened up my burrito because I couldn't taste any meat, and there was zero meat in my burrito. Rip off.
