• 5 days agoMy drink was missing. The quesadilla arrived undecooked to the point that the cheese wasn't even melted. Then I picked it up and it disintegrated itself. The packaging mwas messed up and had spilled salsa all over the inside of the container. Good news is Door Dash gave me a full refund. Sucks because this Chipotle used to be really solid. Will not be reordering.

• 22/1/22No chips with order. Burrito was small and cold like just came out of the fridge. I eat at different Chipotles across the US. This one so far the worst.
Also, read the order and do not short customers with items they paid for.

• 20/6/25The bag was not sealed, the chips were very stale, there was also barely any chips in the bag, and the bowl was very skimpy with barely any food.

• 31/12/21Their steak burrito bowl is ALWAYS on point!! & they actually give you a decent sized portion of steak instead of just a few slices like other places! I eat here at least twice a week, sometimes more!! Would rate 13 outta 10 for sure!! So glad Dothan finally opened one! Now we just need more locations!
