the wait to get my burrito was rediculous. i placed an order at 3:40 for pickup at 3:49, got to the restaurant at 3:50, and was not even acknowledged by the staff. after waiting about 20 minutes in the store i deciddd the drive-thru may be the faster option. i waited in the drive through for an additional 10 minutes. then when i received the burrito, it was so small! it looked like a taco bell taco! the ONLY reason i did not go back and have it remade is because 1. the wait and 2. because i had a coupon and the burrito was only $5. also, aparently i am not the only person who had this issue. there was about 6 other customers who were there waiting for their previously placed orders along with me. some we waiting even longer than i was. i would not reccomend this location.

They gave me chip and queso which I did not order. The chips were not fresh you can tell. My chicken bowl barely had anything in it literally. I will never order from this chipotle location again. Vey disappointed.

The Poppi Strawberry Lemon was a hit with my Burrito Bowl first time in a while that I enjoyed eating Chipotle received through DoorDash

I ordered online because I get a 30% discount. I pay for extra steak but I guess since most people dont check their online orders, they just do whatever when it comes to portion sizes. When I ask the young lady to put in the proper portions, at the front who was working as the cashier, she says informs me that "maybe you should order in and not online". Why does that make a difference? This was on 12/17 at 5:28pm. The staff is very rude and will argue with you if you order online. I had to ask for the correct rice and steak amount and ive been coming to Chipotle since a teen. This was a very disappointing experience and I will go to the one on Cobb pkwy instead.
