This location has the worst tasting food of any Chipotle I've been to. Today my chicken burrito was super soggy and tasted like green chili even though no green chili was requested. My chips were stale, like always from this location at Redwood Shores. I'll visit the San Carlos location going forward. I only came here because I work nearby. I also ordered an Apple Juice and selected "refund" if not available. I had a lemonade in my bag at pick up. When I asked to just grab an izze drink instead, the woman at the counter deferred to a guy at the other side of the restaurant who said I could swap the drink.

For $17 is wild to get half a bowl. I've ordered from multiple chipotle in the Bay Area and never had such a sad bowl. $17 is way too much of a price for such a small amount. Kinda sad about that.

Barely received any fajita, and the small amount of steak you sent were mostly fat. Pretty much got a plate of rice and beans after paying $20 for it

Delicious Lunch Salad.! Chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection.! lettuce tasted fresh and crunchy
San Pellegrino Sparkling was perfectly Cold. I got Tortilla on the Side but my Salad was so good I had forgotten about it.! 10/10 chicken Salad bowl. 😉
