We ordered large chips & cheese for $9 and got a one inch tall queso, and not exaggerating 19 chips. The quesadilla was missing items, the sour cream was watery, we didn't get any silverware as we had requested. It cost us $60 for that, and then when you try to call them, you can't talk to the store, just a customer complaint line.

Not enough of some salad ingredients and too much of other ingredients Not well balanced enough and salad was small, didn't even fill container third full. Steak was tough and some pieces of the steak had a weird flavor.
Hard chips clumped together in big clumps instead of single individual chips Chips were brown, not golden as if over cooked. I Won't miss this Chipotle

This is the best Chipotle in the entire state. Great portions & great flavor. This store puts others to shame this is hands down the best one

We are very unhappy with our order. The staff clearly didn't care. We ordered through door dash to deliver to our hotel. The Burrito Bowl was inedible. The rice was hard as a rock and crunched in my teeth. There was maybe a teaspoon of queso and virtually no other veggies or lettuce. The steak was chewy (that was just a poor choice on my part, I usually get chicken). The quacalome was ok but the chips weren't cooked either. My son was bending them back and forth like they were made of rubber. And my son's burrito was half the typical size. For the price, go somewhere else. 🤢. I waited tables for like 12 years. I am very forgiving when dining out as I know the challenges that can come up. This was lack of respect for their job.

No burritos in the burrito! Just rice, steak and sour cream. No Chicken in the chicken bowls? Literally just rice. Horrible!! Pd. 75.00 for this?!?!?! Can't even give 1 star. Pd for queso. No queso. This order was really really bad!
