Ive ordered from here twice and both times i was disappointed. The order is not complicated. extra protein and extra black beans. Leaving out extra blackbeans is not that big a deal but when I pay almost $5 extra for extra chicken I would expect more than what I got both times which was barely passable as a regular amount.

Terrible serving sizing on the protein. I maybe got half a serving size of steak. Second time this has happened. The first time I had also paid for double meat and didnt receive a full single serving. Its a shame because I love Chipotle and I didnt get my moneys worth.

This Chipotle sucks. They are the masters of messing up your order and not giving you what you asked for. They are also atrociously slow and the portions are significantly smaller than at other locations.

Burrito was 99% rice with literally a few beans in it. No meat, cheese, or sour cream at all. Burrito bowl was almost all rice with a few pieces of lettuce.

I paid $4.00 for queso to only get a tiny 3oz ramekin that wasn't even filled all the way. Waste of money.
