Burrito Bowl, disgusting, old chicken that's been sitting, not fresh at all. Very little rice, beans. For what we pay for this, it's not worth it. Plus, spending almost $6 on small Chips & Queso Blanco, only half full of queso! Never ordering from here again. Very dissatisfied customer!!!

This is the second time I ordered and noticed you get half the portions than you would if you went to the store. You pay more for less food and my chicken was burnt.

I like the burrito bowl and the large fresh tomato salsa. But you need to close the bag up better the last two times I got it. The tape was in crossed everything so anybody can open it up and get stuff out of it.

They give horrible portions when ordering online. At this point it's ridiculous. Spreading the rice out thin doesn't make the plate look more full. When served in person most times it's decent, but when in a rush I dread ordering online, because it's a hit-or-miss.

They are weak on the portions. They keep saying it in the ratings and I decided to order for myself because I was craving chipotle. I thankfully got a taco as well because the bow was smaller than if I got it, in store. I get the idea of conserving, but do we not pay more on app vs. price in house? Whether it's a company issue, or a location issue, the prices went up, for the amount of food to go down, not even remain the same. If that isn't the case, the option to add brown and white rice for your bowl was taken away too, it's available for the taco, but not the bowl.
