Very disappointed. I thought I had ordered from the Cottle store. Usually, the Almaden store is AWESOME! Our bowls were sparse and lukewarm. This is HIGHLY unusual for the Almaden store. I seriously thought we ordered from the Cottle Rd. store because their food is always cold. I could actually count they pieces of lettuce on my bowl. There was more rice than black beans. I had a vegan bowl and barely had anything. Was this a bad night? It was a WASTE of money but, I am hoping that this was a mistake.

Whoever made my chiptole order tonight thank you brought me to tears on how packed the bowl was and everything was so fresh and delicious , after a long day of work not even the recyclable bowl was left you're the real mvp

I was very disappointed. The burrito was large enough for a child. The bowl had about 10 pieces of chicken and very little else. The manager agreed to remake my order. Unfortunately they ran out of cheese and a few people left. The chips had very little salt and lime and the guacamole was watered down. Check your order before leaving.

Every time I use door dash, for the price of $18, I get a small portion with hardly any beans or protein I the salad. Not a value for money. I had to take some beans out of my kids meal. Ended up with a salty small bowl for that price.

The meat was two different types which means they gave me shredded meat and 3 pieces of steak. It was not what I expected from you guys. The reason why I gave a 3 because the guacamole salsa was awesome and the Chips & Guacamole (chips was season perfect with the lime juice on the chips.
