When I go in person I am given, for the same price, an overflowing bowl that the staff struggles to contain. When I order from DoorDash I am given HALF a bowl container.
I watched them package dine-in customers in the expected fashion and then hand me mine from a back room.

Tacos have little to no meat, the shells are so wet they broke in half and are soggy. and there was juice left in the foil wrapping!!! One taco only had meat and cheese!!!

There was barley any steak in the burrito bowl. For the amount they charge extra for carne a asada, it was disappointing to have an almost vegetarian meal when that is not what I ordered. The kids meal was fine but the quesadilla was not toasted well.

I eat chipotle all over the world. This was the worst. No cheese on my tacos. All my food was skimpy. My bowl barely covered the bottom of the bowl

The bowls were over sauced and were leaking out into the bag, which left soggy holes in the bag.
The red hot salsa was overly done in my bowls. Can't taste anything else but spicy salsa.
