The Burrito Bowl that I got today was very disappointing. I got a fraction of the portions that one would get if they went into the store and ordered. For almost 15$ for a bowl that was swimming in sour cream and left out the fajita veggies. On top of that, the food arrived cold. I'm a frequent customer of Chipotle and this was by far, my worst experience.

Just tried to eat my bowl. It tasted strange. I've eaten many Chip bowls and I know what to expect. They are not sweet. This one was sweet, and not in a good way. Also, I ordered extra chicken. There were 6 pieces of chicken in the bowl. I ate the chicken. I could not eat the rest. The sweetness was off-putting and unappetizing. Not a good experience.

Chips were super stale. Tasted and felt like they sat on my counter for a week. The burrito was light on all the fillings and had an extra tortilla wrapped around it, all I could taste was the tortillas. I eat chipotle often and this experience will make it an easier choice if I had to choose between them or Qdoba next time

Rice was undercooked and hard and steak was over cooked and burnt. Hardly any of that burnt steak, hardly and corn, very little cheese. This bowl was mostly raw rice and sour cream. It was nasty. Oh that second pic is burnt steak... I know it looks like black beans.

Incredibly disappointed with the Kid's Quesadilla. Didn't come with the fruit or milk I selected from the menu , and the "quesadilla" was a corn tortilla with maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese. Not enough to add any flavor/texture and definitely not worth $6
