I feel like I was skimped on the food this time. The portions were unusually smaller than usual. I usually have enough food left over for leftovers for the following day, but I was able to finish it in one sitting.

this was absolutely disgusting. majority of the chicken had to be removed because it was completely burnt to a crisp

I usually have a great experience but this time when I ordered a late lunch (2pmish) the burrito bowl did not taste good at all. The smoked brisket was cold but the more concerning part was that some parts of the burrito bowl tasted like cleaning supplies.

I have never had a bad experience at Chipotle but I doubt I'll ever try ordering again for delivery. The food arrived quickly but the burrito and 2 quesadillas are cold, dry & tasteless. The burrito is supposed to be carne asada but tastes exactly like the other spicy meat. My mother says the quesadilla tortillas taste like leather. Hard to believe these were made to order. None of the free sour cream or salsa additions were included. The guac side was the only portion that held up to the in store food.
