Quality was good but it was a bit expensive for the food we received. While both Burrito Bowls were full they were 95% rice. That was especially disappointing considering we paid extra for the brisket so we were expecting at least a full portion. The Chips & Guacamole were decent. But there weren't a lot of chips and the chips we got were on the staler side. Tortilla on the Side arrived hot and were very good. The Quesadilla was also tasty and prepared well.

The burrito bowls were not filled properly. Low on ingredients. The bag was left wide open. I like my bags to be stapled shut. So the food is not messed with. The kids meal steak quesadilla was spicy. Not a good day for chipotle.

I ordered a chicken Burrito with cheese, fajita veggies, pico, corn salsa and sour cream and it was pretty bland. The ratio of rice to other ingredients was off and the chicken didn't seem very seasoned. Basically felt like I was eating a rice and sour cream burrito. Chips were also bland. Maybe this was just an off night?

Believe the reviews- this is the worst chipotle ever. My taco had 3 thumbnail size pieces of steak in it.

It's unfortunate that the volume of food in the bowl has decreased so much for the price but every company/restaurant is doing this. Was prepared according to my instructions and food was fresh. Chips seemed to be slightly over cooked.
