despite the bad reviews I gave it a chance but I wish I didn't. the bag wasn't sealed there were no chips to go with the queso. the burrito was basically a rice burrito because they hardly put any meat or other topping on it and yet it was overstuffed and very badly wrapped. Also the rice was hard as well and i probably won't get Chipotle ever again honestly.

We have always had good food from Chipotle but our meal tonight was not good. First, our chicken bowls were much smaller than usual and the rice was clumped together. Poor value this visit

Not sure why they sent me a premade quesadilla when I ordered the build your own. Only one tortilla and the chicken was already inside
On a bright side the chips were fresh and queso was flavorful

No guac on 2 orders and its on the ticket. All chicken and beans are bland, no seasoning. Burrito was half unwrapped and exposed. I would go to Piada across the street, they always are flavorful and fulfilling! I will never order from here again.

Missing items the portion is supposed to be double chicken double steak and it's barely one portion. No queso in the bowl. And the rice taste a day old.
