Bowl came half empty so the portion was extremely small. Not satisfied with the portion when usually they at least put the whole bowl this time it came 2/4 with food and the other empty and the taste is super dry when usually its really good.

The bowl was extremely oily and the Carnitas were past its cooking point and tasted old. The portion was okay but it's getting smaller by the day. Don't know if I would reorder and risk having this issue again.

Boxes were smashed... it seems that the order fell off. There were a LOT of cheese smashed out of the box. And one of the bowls barely had food. Very disappointing

I paid for a burrito bowl with chicken and I got a lot of white rice and just a few chicken pieces in my bowl. Very disappointed at this. My lunch is ruined it
