I requested extra steak, that alone is a seven dollar up charge, and I was given the regular amount. The weight was light rather than heavy. It tasted good as always, but kind of sad :( just wanted my extra steak ya know

the quesadilla came super burnt and there was barely an chicken and half the quesadilla was just tortilla. the sides were all half full or less and was not the regular amount given in stores. the chips were so stale and i couldn't eat them at all.

Ordered a sofritas burrito bowl. Food was fresh, but quantity was pretty skimpy compared to usual -- especially considering the recent price hikes. The red salsa was over-the-top spicy. I've never had Chipotle food that was this hot !

Decline in quality, portion and cooking: I got my usual chicken salad and a chicken burrito at the usual cost of $12-13 (did not choose the new high protein option). I received a salad cut in less than half the usual size and so spicy hot that I decidedit was not worth eating. Same story with the Burrito. Half cooked brown rice and cut in size. This was my last time getting Chipotle

"There was no spicy taste in the burrito, even though I ordered spicy sauces. Also, they didn’t include any napkins. The girl at the counter didn’t even say hello, even though I greeted her first—a simple greeting would have been appropriate. Burrito On top of that, the meat was burnt."
